Well, that’s what we call your fitness journey 🙂 What you start with today may not be what you stick with forever, but you’ve got to start somewhere. So, today I am going to share with you all the resources you need to get started!

I’ve planned out a simple 28-day program that will get you from where you are now to being the strongest, happiest version of yourself in just 4 weeks. All through finding the joy in fitness. How To Get Started

Download the BODY by Blogilates app on iOS or Android

My app will help you stay on schedule with all of your workouts in this Beginner’s Calendar! All you have to do is download the app and choose your workout. The Beginner’s Calendar is totally free to follow along with!
