She encourages you to find the spots that are the hardest for you and push yourself to hold these positions. Her use of isometrics in traditional exercises such as Double Leg Stretch will help you to improve the fluidity of these movements when you move on to their true form. Although she focuses more on legs in this class, you will still get a great full body workout.
